My Postcard from Sweden is now a flimsy, but I forgot to post a picture. I almost forgot to take a picture, and the one I did take was just to send to my daughter in a text. So this post is a bit like getting that paper done for a class where you eke it in just in the last moments.
Anyway, my Postcard quilt went from this.
To this.
And, finally, to this.
I can’t wait to show you what Connie and I cooked up for the quilting! I promise I’ll post it when I get it back from her.
Linking up with mmm! Quilts today. Visit her site to see all the beautiful Postcard quilts made!
Thanks, Sandra, for hosting this fun quilt along!
Wendy

Love it. On my bucket list.
Thank you, Barbara! It’s fun working with all those bright colors while sewing. 😊
This is a marvellous pattern and you have done such a great job of yours. Looking forward very much to seeing the quilting. 🙂
Thank you, Dione!
Hi Wendy,
I thought I missed your post about your finish . . . I’m glad you got it in and shared on the linky party. How can you win one of the great prizes if you don’t! Lovely and I cannot wait to see how you two decided to quilt it. I cannot wait to get mine back from the quilters!

Thanks, Roseanne! Fastest post I’ve written, I think!
So colorful. Thank you for the link to mmm! Quilts. I love her label. What a great idea.
You’re welcome, Nancy!
Yay! you joined the club or is it, it’s not a party if you’re not there. Glad you made it with a minute to spare and can’t wait to see it quilted. It was a fun quilt to make, wasn’t it?
Thanks, Rose! Yes, I enjoyed the process because the colors were so bright and happy!
Congrats on getting your flimsy finished! I wish I had a photo of my trimmings like yours. The colors are just so wonderful in this pattern!
Thanks, Louise! I actually have the trimmings set aside in a little tin. I have plans for them. 😊
I love solids and rainbows but don’t plan to make this one; I just like looking at everyone else’s. Yours looks great.
Thanks! They are really fun to look at!
Woo hoo! So glad you linked up this light up the room quilt! Thanks for quilting along with us!
So glad I quilted along! Fun to have a bucket list quilt almost done!
Wendy great finish and just in time. Looking forward to seeing what quilting you came up with!
Hi Wendy: I thought you were finished already. Glad you managed to link up in time for the link up. It’s off my bucket list as well.
Just gorgeous! These are all so inspiring and that trimming pile is just adorable. And a lot of work! Congrats on making the link up – always an accomplishment.
Thanks, Kathleen!
Gorgeous! Of course I am very interested to see what you and Connie came up with!
Thank you! If it works out, it will be fun I think!
